The not to be missed day-long event is for small business owners who want to hone their knowledge of the legal issues pertaining to their businesses. The hour-long sessions will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 and are conducted by attorneys who are experts in the legal matters of small business. These sessions address dozens of the legal issues and questions raised by small business owners including, immigration law, employment law, contracts, legal form of the business, liability issues, intellectual property and the legalities of transfer of ownership.
Sessions will be held on campus at Florida Gulf Coast University, Student Union Building (Building #17 with large clock) 10501 FGCU Blvd, S., Fort Myers.

The Entrepreneur's Law School provides an opportunity to ask the experts specific legal questions, without expensive legal fees. The Entrepreneur’s Law School tuition (including lunch) is $75.00 for the morning or afternoon sessions and $95.00 for the full day, if purchased in advance. At the door, half day tuition is $95.00 and full day is $105.00.
